Policy
1. Normally , all reservation held until 5 pm Indonesia time only.
2. Notice of cancellation and amendment must be received at least 3 days prior to arrival date.
3. Check in at 2 pm or earlier (when available), and check out before 12 pm (noon).4. Early check in or late check out, without notice before, is subject to minimum one night room charge.
5. Refund for shortened stay is subject to a minimum one (1) night house/room charge.
6. All guests are agree, that narcotics and drugs are forbidden in this guesthouse during stay.
7. All guests should maintain environmental comfort during stay.
8. Pet are not allowed.

3. Send us a 30% of non-refundable Booking fee to our bank account (with swift code for foreign)
or pay via Western Union. This booking fee would prevent same-date booking from other guest.
4. Please pay the rest of payment on check in time.
5. Show your valid ID/Passport with a same name as name on reservation.
